Getting Started

Everything you need to send your first professional quote.

Create Your Account

Sign up at bidcannon.com with your email address. You'll receive a verification email — click the link to confirm, then set your password to log in.

Set Up Your Business Profile

Head to Settings → Business Profile and fill in your business name, phone number, email address, and mailing address. You can also upload a logo — it appears on all your quotes and invoices.

Add Your Services

Go to Services in the dashboard. Create reusable services with names, descriptions, and default prices. When building quotes you'll pick from this list instead of typing from scratch every time.

Free plan: up to 5 services. Pro: unlimited.

Add Your First Customer

Go to Customers → Add Customer. Enter their name, email, and/or phone number. At least one contact method is required so you can send quotes.

Create Your First Quote

Click New Quote on the dashboard. Select your customer (or create one inline), add line items from your services, adjust quantities and prices, add notes, and optionally attach photos of the job site.

Send Your Quote

Once your quote looks good, click Send. You can deliver it by email, SMS, or copy a shareable link to send however you like. You can use multiple channels at once.

Track Responses

Back on your dashboard, the quote status updates automatically: Draft → Sent → Viewed → Accepted / Declined. You'll be notified when your customer views or responds to the quote.
