How do customers accept a quote?

Customers click the Accept or Decline buttons on the quote page. No account or login is needed — the link works for anyone.

Can I customize my branding?

Yes, on Pro. Go to Settings → Business Profile to set a brand color and upload a logo. Both appear on your quotes and invoices.

What payment methods are supported?

BidCannon doesn't process payments directly. Add your Venmo, PayPal, CashApp, or Zelle in Settings → Payment Methods. Customers see pay links on your invoices and pay you directly through those apps — BidCannon takes no fees.

Can I use BidCannon on my phone?

Yes. BidCannon is fully mobile-responsive. You can create and send quotes from the field on any smartphone or tablet.

How do I export my data?

Go to Settings → Export Data to download all your quotes, invoices, and customers as a JSON file. Data export is a Pro feature.

Is my data secure?

Yes. BidCannon is built on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security, encrypted connections (TLS), and secure authentication. Your data is never shared with third parties.

What if a customer replies STOP to an SMS?

They'll be automatically opted out of future SMS messages from BidCannon. This is handled by our messaging service in compliance with carrier requirements.

Can I send quotes to customers without email?

Absolutely. Send via SMS directly or copy the shareable link and send it however you like — iMessage, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, anywhere.

How do automated follow-up nudges work?

On Pro, BidCannon can generate follow-up messages for quotes that haven't received a response. You review and approve each message before it's sent — nothing goes out automatically without your OK.
