Managing Customers
Keep your customer list organized and accessible from the field.
Adding Customers
From the dashboard, go to Customers → Add Customer. Enter their name, email address, and/or phone number. At least one contact method (email or phone) is required so you can reach them with quotes and invoices.
You can also create a customer inline while building a new quote — just start typing their name in the customer field.
Customer List
The Customers page shows all your customers in a searchable list. Use the search bar to find anyone by name, email, or phone. Each customer entry shows their contact info and a count of their quotes and invoices.
Editing Customers
Click any customer's name to open their detail page. From there you can edit their name, email, and phone number. Changes take effect immediately and appear on any new quotes you create for them.
Plan Limits
The number of customers you can add depends on your plan:
- Free plan — up to 25 customers
- Pro plan — unlimited customers
